Joseph F. Moore leads Clyde & Co’s U.S. infrastructure and construction projects practice from the San Francisco office. His twenty years of industry experience combined with his training as both a lawyer and an engineer uniquely qualify him to assist clients with the most technically challenging of disputes and transactions. Joe assists clients with the structuring, negotiating, and drafting of infrastructure and technology related agreements, including public-private partnerships, design-build, and EPC procurements. Locally, Joe is experienced with both state and federal courts and with the American Arbitration Association. Internationally, Joe’s experience includes ad hoc arbitrations as well as arbitrations administered by the ICC and the DIAC. Joe routinely lectures on various industry related topics, including dispute resolution, mediation, federal contracting, international arbitration, project delivery methods, AIA, and FIDIC. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Legal Forum of the American Council of Engineering Companies, and the International Projects Committee of the International Bar Association.
