Course Description

Many of the actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) are collective actions and hybrid actions. In part one of this program, Bob Fitzpatrick will take a deep dive into FLSA collective actions, tackling their history, evolution, and most recent case law.

Robert Fitzpatrick

Robert Fitzpatrick has been representing employees for over 40 years since he first began his legal career litigating race-discrimination cases in the Deep South during the late 1960s.
