Course Description
International Adoption is, relatively speaking, a recent phenomenon. This growing area of the law is certainly one of the more complex matters handled by family attorneys. Governed by federal, state, and international regulations, attorneys must be diligent when assisting families with oversea adoptions. This program covers the ins and outs of this complex process, highlighting procedures for both Hague Convention adoptions and non-Hague Convention adoptions.Length: 1hr 5min
