Anthony Zinnanti

Mr. Zinnanti is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. As an experienced criminal and civil appellate attorney, Mr. Zinnanti has been entrusted with the most serious of matters, including appeals and habeas corpus petitions from frist degree murder and other major felonies, as well as civil appeals against major corporate entities. Mr. Zinnanti has successfully removed people from the CACI database, restored driving privileges by writ of mandate against the DMV and overturned the immigration judge before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
