Course Description

The 2016-2017 Supreme Court resulted in several historic decisions and saw new justice, Neil Gorsuch, making his mark right out of the gate. Join Robert Fitzpatrick as he summarizes some of the key cases and decisions handed down, and makes predictions as to where these decisions might lead us. Mr. Fitzpatrick also gives a preview into next year's term, which many experts believe to be a blockbuster term in the making.

Robert Fitzpatrick

Robert Fitzpatrick has been representing employees for over 40 years since he first began his legal career litigating race-discrimination cases in the Deep South during the late 1960s. Mr. Fitzpatrick now represents both management and employees.
