Arizona CLE Requirements

Requirements
Arizona requires attorneys to complete 15 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours each year. The 15 AZ CLE hours must include:
- 3 hours of Professional Responsibility / Ethics
Note: New members admitted or registered with the Bar between July and December must complete 10 total CLE hours, including at least 2 hours in professional responsibility/ethics. Those admitted or registered between January and June have no CLE requirement for that educational year.
All 15 Arizona CLE credit hours can be earned online with LexVid.
Reporting
Attorneys can track their CLE and submit their online affidavit through the State Bar of Arizona's website. The CLE reporting deadline in Arizona is September 15th.
Carry Over Credit
Attorneys may carry over up to 15 credits into the next reporting period, including a maximum of 3 ethics credits.
