Lexvid will issue a full refund upon request for the purchase of a program in which a Certificate of Completion was not issued.
All refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase. No refunds will be given if a request is not made within 60 days of purchase. No refunds will be given for programs where a Certificate of Completion has been issued. Please direct all refund requests here: support@lexvid.com.
