Senior Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities include Summation database management, document/case management, document production and summarization, drafting subpoenas, assistance with discovery and pleadings, trial preparation, trial presentations, cite checking, privilege log preparation, research, issue analysis and other duties.

Candidate will have completed a Paralegal Certification Program (ABA Approved Preferred), four year college/university degree desirable and a minimum 5 years experience in case management of complex labor litigation actions; trial, hearing and deposition preparation; maintaining document repositories of produced documents; management of Summation database, including creating, maintaining, and mentoring users; privilege documentation review and privilege log preparation; cite check; library, internet and database research; support of electronic discovery processes and production. Ideal Candidate will also have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize and complete work effectively in an extremely fast paced environment. Expert knowledge in Summation and e-discovery required. Working knowledge of Case/Time Map, and Verdict Sanction Software highly desirable.
