His practice includes a wide variety of real estate, finance, and business transactions, and he has extensive experience in commercial and multi-family real estate transactions. He is the author of numerous articles on real estate issues, including issues involving financing and cross-border transactions.

Todd Bulich is the President of the Todd Bulich Real Estate Company, Inc., which exclusively represents top-tier law firms with respect to their commercial property. In addition to being a broker and attorney, Mr. Bulich is a transactional law professor and a frequent expert witness on real estate matters.
